I haven’t really messed around with Netvibes as iGoogle works fine for me but a friend of mine was showing me how it worked and why he uses it more then google. When he was showing me I noticed that one of the tabs was the OPML icon. I will probably contact them just to make sure but as you can see below it looks similar.
