It’s amazing the type of people you meet just sitting around at coffee houses around the city.  This is probably the only thing I would miss about leaving the city.  (no ETA yet)

Anyway, I met this wonderfully talented girl named, Kelsey, who has developed an affinity for her vegetables. Her Mom probably loved her as a child. Her current project as I am sitting next to her typing up this blog post is a steroid injected knitted radish. I am hoping she posts that to craftster.  I was telling her she should set up an etsy shop. Through some conversation we were trying come up with an interesting name for her business – she needs no help from me.  And that is how Gangster Garden – Vegetables raised on the streets… was born…
